The nexTus Festival is a new online classical music festival featuring 60 artists from across the globe in 34 novel concerts - which will be streamed online on www.nextusfestival.com .
Newly-written repertoire for solo soprano, and a premiere of a work for soprano and clarinet - remotely recorded in Warsaw and London. Danae explores different artistic reactions to time spent alone - with settings of poems by Emily Dickinson and Christian Rossetti - and a video comprising of live footage of the filming/recording process and scenes from “life in Warsaw during lockdown”.
